It take a while for them to get back to me, but they did replied eventually. Not the worst experience, just kinda okay...

I used this for several weeks and didn’t see any real improvement in muscle tone. I kept hoping it would start making a difference, but nothing really changed for me. And trying to get help about it was frustrating too—just more automated systems and canned responses instead of an actual person.
